Caleb Hall is a versatile trumpet player, composer, and sound artist. He is equally at home in many performance settings, from classical, to jazz, to rock/pop, and experimental music. He has years of experience playing in big bands, small ensembles, performing as a soloist, running a successful jazz fusion group, and with world renowned artists such as the late B.J. Thomas. In addition to teaching and performing in more traditional ways, he has a deep interest in music technology, sound exploration, and long form improvisation. His recent projects have been equally focused on contemporary jazz and experimental sound.
