Scott Arnold
Assistant Director, Youth Choruses

Teaching Philosophy
I believe the body is the key to learning music. Singing and dancing are the most natural forms of musical expression. My classroom environment is filled with song and movement, as well as listening and responding to the music in our world. Through the use of music, I always strive to engage my students in activities that require them to use creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and respect. We explore the uses of emotions the various songs or types of music brings them and I help them learn to articulate what they feel and why.Education
