Family-friendly outdoor concerts

Our Live on the Lawn summer concert series is back this year, with three family-friendly late-afternoon performances!

Stretch out on the lawn with a blanket and chair or move and groove to big band jazz, electric Afrobeats (with dance lessons!), and the lively and joyful music of Puerto Rico!

Concessions will be available — wood-fired pizza, ice cream, and more — and outside food is welcome. No outside alcohol permitted. All bags will be checked. Reusable water bottles must be empty upon arrival and can be filled at one of our water coolers after entry.

Food & Beverages

Refreshments & snacks will be available at concession stands, but we invite you to bring your own prepared food.

Reusable water bottles must be empty upon entry, and can be filled inside.

Beer, wine, and cocktails will also be available for purchase. IDs will be checked and wrist-bands will be given out to interested patrons at check-in. No outside alcohol will be allowed. Coolers and bags will be checked at the door to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.

All bags will be checked prior to entry. No outside alcohol, weapons, hazardous materials, or open containers of liquid are allowed.
These events are rain-or-shine. At Groton Hill’s discretion, the event will be moved indoors to the Concert Hall using general admission seating. Outside food and beverages will not be permitted in the Concert Hall. Ticket holders will be notified of venue change in advance of the concert.

Groton Hill’s lawn is an ADA accessible environment, complete with ramps and railings. Groton Hill will also provide covered areas exclusively for higher-needs ADA patrons and companion seating.

• Groton Hill will enforce a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind at the discretion of staff.

• No wheeled or motorized vehicles will be permitted on the north lawn during performances, except for patrons with accessibility needs.
• No outside alcohol or drugs.
• Reusable bottles must be empty upon entry.

• No pets allowed. Leashed, trained service animals are permitted.
• No weapons or dangerous materials of any kind.
• No lawn games, balls, or outside sports equipment allowed.
• No tailgating, open flames, or grilling.

• No section of the lawn may be roped off.
• No professional photography, video, or audio recording.
• No tailgating.

Groton Hill has ample free parking for our guests.
Groton Hill’s facility has ample restroom facilities on the exterior of the building for outdoor events.
