Kathy McMinn is an award-winning music educator with over 35 years of experience. Her passion for choral music has been her motivation in developing several successful choruses that have pushed the potential of their singers.
“Choral singing is a way in which a child can explore their musicality in a safe and inclusive community. When children sing they are exposed to different cultures and genres and are able to experience the world in new and exciting ways.”
Youth chorus instructor Scott Arnold is an Elementary Music Teacher in Northborough, MA, with a passion for nurturing the love of music in his students. He also directs the music at Trinity Church in Northborough, and is a seasoned pianist with over 25 years of experience. He says that creating and sharing music is what brings him joy.
“My classroom environment is filled with song and movement, as well as listening and responding to the music in our world. I always strive to engage my students in activities that require them to use creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and respect.”
“Rehearsals are a place for us to work together. To form a shared idea of the musicality of the repertoire, and then to bring that vision alive and share it in our performances.”
