Lisa joined the Groton Hill school staff in August 2026. Her varied career has included work as a speech-language pathologist, software quality assurance engineer, circulation assistant at the Groton Public Library, and retail associate at Wild Birds Unlimited. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Emerson College. An active member of the Groton community, she volunteers with Groton Neighbors, the Pat Brody Shelter for Cats, and spent years coordinating the Scholastic Book Fair at Groton-Dunstable Regional Middle School. A lifelong music lover, she played bassoon and baritone saxophone from junior high school through college, has studied piano, and now enjoys playing baritone ukulele in Groton Hill’s adult group classes. She looks forward to warmly welcoming the Groton Hill community—and then heading home each day to her family, friends, a good book, and her sweet cats.
