Thomas joined the Groton Hill Music team in 2025 and has a background in marketing, communications, nonprofit executive leadership and fundraising. Within his previous role at a nonprofit museum his primary fundraising responsibilities were implementing the annual fund campaign, major gifts, securing corporate sponsorships and operating profitable fundraising events. At Groton Hill he is responsible for helping the development department achieve fundraising goals through the annual fund campaign, grants management and personalized donor engagement. He is a passionate storyteller who values people, planning and personal relationships with those who seek to make a powerful impact. He holds a B.S. business degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
