Wayland joined the Groton Hill team in 2026 after working with the Aspen Music Festival and School’s development team. Originally from Dallas, Texas, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas. An avid classical guitarist, Wayland is passionate about making music accessible to everyone and connecting more people with the arts.
